If you are intending to compete in the Nationals 14th July, we need to submit one form per Dojo please let either myself or Doug know by Sunday 17th June. Please see link below for more information the Dojo will cover the cost of the team events but individual payments need to be with Doug by 23rd June to ensure applications are in before the deadline
